Message Body

Hi,  I'm a 35 year old woman, extremely fit, and a non-smoker. I live alone though in the past I've been told that I snore.  I strongly suspect it's getting worse. I'm always tired all day and sometimes I've woken up with the echo of snoring still resounding in the room!  I want to know how to go about working out what anatomical or physiological factors are contributing to my snoring.  Do I have to undertake a sleep study, or do I go to an ENT specialist?  I'm very keen to fix this problem once and for all. Any suggestions?
