There is a world-class FAQ on this site. I have reviewed your site, and must admit I am unimpressed by what appears to be a shallow attempt at attracting advertising revenue and search engine rankings. Certainly the actual information on your site's current snoring material is incorrect. Snoring can be caused by a number of factors. This is described on this site, however an incorrect assertion is made on yours. How hard are you actually trying, and why should we help you?
