To sum up my doctors (cardiologists) words "ALL moderate exercise is benificial but its no more a magic cure than drugs or surgery. The total package is whats important. Exercise cetainly can't harm you, which si the good thing about it, but I've been skeptical about the whole weight issue since speakig to the CPAP expert at Melbournes Western General Hospital. Her husband is 82kg and six foot four. Thats underweight. And he requires the same pressure as me. |
