Elsie, I would recommend you read the section on this site at http://www.snoring.com.au/non-surgical/ which includes a category the device you are researching would fit into. Many such 'cures' are little more than snake-oil and don't deserve the publicity. You should find plenty of research material around this, and other medical (not commercial) sites. Good luck!
