I have sleep apnea. I also have a CPAP machine etc and it is fine. However I also routinely am away from mains power - eg generator power only - which is turned off at night. I recently saw an article on a "mouth guard" solution for excessive snoring or sleep apnea. The story claimed the mouth guard was effective in a reasonable percentage of cases. Unfortunately I have forgotten the name of the product. Looking for suggestions on what it might have been. It was not expensive. It did not require any fitting by a dentist, dental surgeon etc etc. The supplier was in Australia. Thanks. JH |
