Maybe he doesn't like hte idea of using CPAP.  I know I personally wasn't keen on the idea.  I didn't realise that there was an alternative through oral appliance therapy.  Once my wife pointed out that I could get treatment by putting something discreetly in my mouth rather than over my face, I was a whole lot happer.  I got treated with one of mnadibular repositioning devices from the Snorestop Clinic. Very happy and so is the missus.
